Shahab Uddin Medical College situated in a calm, quiet, and beautiful location at Gulshan in it's own modern multi-storied and well-furnished building having congenial academic atmosphere with experienced teachers. Applications are invited for admission into the first year MBBS Course (6th Batch) for the session 2008-2009. Candidates must have the following educational qualifications:
            Eligibillity of candidates are as follows:

Applicant should be the citizen of Bangladesh.

Candidates who passed S.S.C /Dakhil/‘O’-level/equivalent examination before 2005 are not eligible to apply.

Students must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in HSC or equivalent examinations. Candidates who passed HSC/Alim.A-level/equivalent Examination in 2007 and 2008 are eligible to apply.

Applicant must have minimum total GPA 8.00. GPA in either SSC or HSC less than 3.5 will not be accepted.

Students must have minimum GPA 3.00 in Biology in HSC.

Those who passed 'O' and 'A' level or equivalent examination are eligible to apply subject to prior approval (equivalence) by D.G health service.

Application Form with Prospectus is available in the College Office from 09/11/08 on payment of Tk. 1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) only (non-refundable). Application form to be filled in properly and should be submitted in the College office by 28/11/08 Written exam will be held on 29/11/08 at 10:00 am at the College Lecture Gallery.
